How does PreFile actually analyze my document?
PreFile reads your uploaded policy form, endorsement, or filing document and compares it section by section against our database of state-specific aviation insurance regulations. For each state you select, it identifies clauses that violate or conflict with that state's filing requirements, then returns a list of issues with plain-English explanations, references to the source rule, and exact suggested replacement language.
How accurate are the compliance flags?
Every rule in PreFile is populated from official state DOI bulletins, statutes, administrative code, and NAIC publications. They are not licensed from a third party. Each issue surfaces a confidence score so you know how strong the match is, and every flag links back to the source rule so your team can verify independently. PreFile is designed to augment human review, not replace it.
What document formats do you support?
PreFile accepts PDF and DOCX files.
What happens when state rules change?
When rules change, we update PreFile's rule library, typically within days. PreFile analyzes documents against the current rule snapshot at the time of upload. We don't retroactively re-flag previously analyzed documents.

How much does it cost?
